Consultant Coding is one of the more complicated and misunderstood aspects of the Ambit Marketing Plan. It’s intricate design is the masterpiece of this organizations balance between short term gains and long term sustainability. The balance this coding creates and its relationship to compensation is the key to all network marketing organization’s success. Too much one way and the consultants don’t earn enough up front to stay motivated and feed the organizational growth too much the other way and the consultants hit income walls later on and loose interest. Balance is the essence of all sustainable living things….
Here is my attempt to explain it in simple terms….
Each Consultant over their Ambit Lifetime can have up to 5 organizations within their business let’s call those 5 “teams”.
Marketing Team
Regional Team
Senior Team
Executive Team
National Team
As you or other downline consultants bring people in to your business while you are a Marketing Consultant they become part of your Marketing Team. Those Individuals will always be part of your Marketing Team. Going upline at the time they join they will be coded to the nearest regional consultant as part of their regional team. Going upline they will be coded to the nearest senior consultant as part of their senior team and so on for executive and national levels.
These individuals will always be part of these teams until the are promoted. As they are promoted to the next level they become part of their own next level and drop off the original consultants team for that level. Their downline that existed until the promotion will remain part of the original consultants team until they get promoted.
Example Tom a marketing consultant is part of Sally’s Regional Team. Tom had 5 consultants under him. Once Tom gets his 6th consultant he is promoted to Regional. He becomes his own regional no longer part of Sally’s. His downline consultants remain part of Sally’s Regional Team Until they reach Regional and start their own regional teams. Their original Seniors, Executives and Nationals will always have them as part of their teams until they reach that rank and start their own team.
